Banking of my PAM00372 P.3000 movement

My PAM00372 starts banking 1-2 out of every 5 times a full winding, Officine Panerai says it's normal?

My PAM372, a P-series an end November 2013 production and bought new in December 2015 from the local Panerai AD in New Delhi India, sometimes after a full-wound starts banking (also called knocking or galloping) for around 15-40 seconds before it starts ticking normal again and this occurs maybe 1 out of 5 times I wind up the watch. I wanted to know what is going on with my watch as it is still under warranty and don't want to end up with a surprise after the warranty is over.

I received a call from the regional OP Service Center in the Middle East after I sent an email with my concern, and was told that my watch has an upgraded movement from the initial P.3000 movement and that the banking for a short period of time after a full-wind is completely normal and does not harm the movement at all.

On one side I am relieved, on the other side it almost sounds like driving a car that starts at half of the electronics in the car are not working for the first minute 1 out of 5 times and the manufacturer tells me its part of the design of the car....

Do you have anything like this with your watch that has a P.3000 movement? And is this banking really without any danger of damaging any part in the watch movement?

If this is indeed a normal thing for this movement and doesn't harm the movement, it is very good to know and will take away unnecessary concerns, but if so why isn't this mentioned in the manual of the watch?
